Mack and Romero were punctual, professional, courteous and friendly! They did an amazing job of packing up all of our construction/remodeling waste in our new home, and I can’t believe they got it all to fit in one truck and with such speed! When they were done, we were left with an empty, broom-swept garage and couldn’t be happier! – Emal N.
How Scheduled Construction Debris Removal Works
With our construction debris removal services, flexibility and a reliable pickup window are our focuses. We offer same or next day service in 99% of cases, and all you have to do is show us where the debris is located and we can do the rest – bag it, haul it, and sweep up like it was never there!
We can offer off-site pick-ups where your construction waste is left in a garage, alley, or driveway, and swing by after hours so you have a clean job site for the next day. If you’re moving between job sites, we are very familiar with coordinating with your foreman or project manager to pick up. All you have to do is inform our team of your project needs, and we’re confident we can coordinate the rest.

Construction Debris Renewal FAQs
Do I have to bag or sort construction debris up for removal?
No, we are happy to take construction debris in any form. Depending on the extra labor for bagging heavy material or clean up, we may add additional labor, but we will always discuss this with you prior to the pickup and include it in your guaranteed price.
Can you do heavy construction debris removal, such as concrete, brick, or plaster?
We can take this material, but surcharges may apply depending on the mix of debris. We suggest calling a Junk Expert and they will help you determine the right solution. Due to the weight limits on our trucks, we can only offer up to 6,000 pounds per truck and a Junk Expert can work with you on our bedload pricing.
I am remodeling a condo, or apartment in a high rise with elevators. How does that work?
We are specialists in freight elevators, loading docks, and COIs. If you know all those terms already, you know we know what we’re talking about, and if not, we have you covered. We aim to think of all the challenges of construction debris removal scenarios, so you don’t have to worry. For DIY experts and general contractors alike, we are happy to offer our expertise and efficient scheduled debris removal services.
I have a shelf installed in my wall and need it removed, can you help?
For these scenarios, we encourage you to text photos and talk to a Junk Expert to evaluate the project. Depending on the job, we can usually do it ourselves. For some scenarios, we will recommend a quality handyman service to ensure the job is done correctly. We ultimately have your home, apartment, or condo associations’ best interest in mind, and may spot reasons such as the need to paint, hang new drywall, or light carpentry that make a handyman a better fit.
