Life adds up. Moves, new furniture and finished projects leave things in the garage, the basement or the spare room that you're ready to be done with, and that's exactly what we're here for. Our crews take it from wherever it is, sort it so as much as possible is recycled or re-homed, and sweep up before they leave.
Here's when most homeowners call us:
The basement, attic, garage or storage unit is ready for a good clear-out.
A new bed, sofa or TV is arriving, and the old one needs a ride out.
You've inherited a home and aren't sure where to start.
You're moving, and not everything is coming along.
The new fridge, stove or carpet is in, and the old one is still here.
The remodel is finished. Congratulations, that's the hard part.

A Woodlawn basement had absorbed everything over the years: exercise equipment, paneling and plywood from an old finished-basement project, furniture, luggage, holiday decorations, even bowling pins and an artificial palm tree.
A Beverly home had three heavy things going at once: an old side-by-side refrigerator in the basement, a California king bed with a solid headboard and footboard, and a queen mattress and box spring from a second bedroom.
A Westchester homeowner was clearing a basement that held a 7-foot pool table and the remains of a small workshop: tools, boxes, laundry baskets of hardware, old blankets.
That's up to you. When we're clearing a room in the home you live in, most people like to be there, and the crew will work around you. For a garage, a yard or an empty home that's being sold, we can often do it while you're out and text you before-and-after photos.
Can you take things from upstairs or the basement?
Yes, from anywhere in the house. We take care with your walls, floors and doorways, and we can take apart furniture that won't fit through the door.
What happens to my things?
Everything gets sorted. Metal, cardboard and clean wood are recycled, appliances and electronics go to a local recycler, a large portion of household items finds a new home, and the rest goes to a licensed transfer station.
What can't you take?
Hazardous materials such as liquid paint, solvents, gasoline, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste and loose lithium batteries. Everything else, we're glad to take.
How much will it cost?
The crew gives you one firm price on site, for free, before anything moves. It covers the labor, loading, hauling and disposal.
If you've got junk anywhere in Chicago or the Chicagoland suburbs, we'd be glad to take it off your hands. Book a free onsite estimate online, or call or text us at (312) 800-1940 and we'll get you on the schedule.
