You've got a schedule to keep and a client watching the calendar. Our crews pick up demo and construction debris from job sites across Chicago and the suburbs, so your team can stay on billable work instead of driving to the transfer station. Stage it in the garage, the yard or the alley, and we'll load it, haul it and sweep up. We can typically clear a garage full of debris in under an hour.
A dumpster makes sense on some jobs. On plenty of remodels, though, there's nowhere to put one, a street permit isn't worth it, or the building won't allow it. High-rise renovations come with freight elevator windows and shared loading docks. We work inside those limits, with no permit and no box sitting on the job for a week, and you only pay for the space your debris takes up in the truck.

One of our contractor accounts was gutting a high-rise condo, walls, closets, kitchen tile and flooring, and needed debris hauled out repeatedly as the demo progressed, through a reserved freight elevator on a strict building schedule.
A Westchester house had wall-to-wall carpet, some of it decades old, over the living room, dining room, hallway and two bedrooms, roughly 600 to 700 square feet.
This Naperville job kept part of a large backyard deck and removed the rest. The tricky part was the nine support posts, each set in a concrete footing, which all had to come out completely so the area could be regraded and seeded.
Not for us. We load straight into our truck, so there's no dumpster on the street and no permit to pull.
Can you pick up on a schedule?
Yes. Tell us how the job is moving and we'll schedule pickups as the debris builds up. We also offer evening or end-of-day pickups with advance notice.
Do you take concrete and brick?
Yes. Heavy materials like concrete, brick, dirt and shingles carry a weight charge, and the crew includes it in your firm price before loading.
Can you work in a high-rise?
Every week. We're used to freight elevator reservations, loading docks and building rules, and we protect hallways and elevators along the way.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We're licensed and insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance naming the building or general contractor before the job.
