Contractor Demo Debris Hauled from a High-Rise Condo — Near North, Chicago

Project Summary

One of our contractor accounts was gutting a high-rise condo — walls, closets, kitchen tile and flooring — and needed debris hauled out repeatedly as the demo progressed, through a reserved freight elevator and a strict building schedule. This visit was the second debris run of the project: drywall, studs, tile and old flooring carried out on carts, down the freight elevator and into the truck at the dock. Before-and-after photos went to the contractor with the invoice, as they do on every account job. Contractors on account text us when the pile is ready. We come, we photograph, we invoice monthly.
