Sheds fail from the floor and the roof at the same time. When yours is past saving, we do the whole job in one visit: empty it (keep pile, junk pile), take the roof, walls and floor apart in sections, pull the base if it's a simple gravel or block pad, and load everything. Metal sheds are cut and folded; resin sheds unclip; wood sheds come apart with a saw and a few crowbars.
Most shed jobs we've done in the last 24 months were in the near-west and north suburbs, often paired with a garage cleanout or fence removal on the same day. Metal goes to recycling; wood and shingles to a licensed C&D facility.
