Disconnect the water, gas or power (or have your installer do it) and we'll happily handle the carrying, the dolly work and the stairs.
Every appliance we pick up goes to a local recycler who handles it responsibly: the metal is recovered and the rest is processed the right way. Nothing gets left in an alley.

They take a look at everything and give you one number that covers the labor, loading, hauling and disposal. There's no obligation, so if it doesn't work for you, they simply leave and there's no charge.
The crew carries everything out from wherever it sits, loads it up, and sweeps up after themselves. Most jobs are finished right then and there.
Once everything is loaded and swept, the crew takes payment and emails you a receipt with before-and-after photos, so you can see the job is complete.

No. Refrigerators and other white goods need a 311 bulk pickup request and often a wait. ComEd has periodically run a fridge recycling program, which is worth checking if you're not in a hurry.
Yes. If it works and is reasonably current, we'll try to re-home it rather than scrap it.
Yes. Basement appliances are routine for us, and the crew sizes up the stairs as part of the estimate.
You're welcome to be there, and most people are. If the items are outside, in the garage or the alley, or the home is vacant with a lockbox, the crew can do the job without you. They'll text you before-and-after photos and take payment by phone or with a card on file.
We don't quote by phone, because we'd rather give you a number we can stand behind. The crew comes out for free, looks at what's going and how it's getting out (stairs, elevators, heavy material and all), and gives you one price that covers everything. Say yes and they do the job right then. Say no and there's no charge, no hard feelings.
