A plan you control
We agree on what's being kept (or a 'keep pile' area), which rooms come first, and how fast. We can search for specific items — documents, jewelry, photos — as we go.

A livable space
We sweep and leave the rooms cleared. If the home needs deep cleaning or repairs afterward, we'll tell you what we saw so you can bring in the right trade.
