The lease is ending, the landlord wants the space broom-clean, and everything that didn't make the move has to be gone, usually after hours, through a freight elevator, with a building manager watching the clock. We schedule around your building
Loading dock hours, freight elevator reservations, a certificate of insurance for the property manager: tell us what the building needs and we'll take care of it. Evening and Saturday crews are completely normal for us.

We dismantle and haul
Cubicles come apart, furniture gets broken down, and electronics are set aside for the recycler. For large spaces we bring multiple trucks and crews so it all happens in one visit.

Broom-clean handover
We sweep up and leave the space the way your landlord expects to find it. You get before-and-after photos and a single invoice billed to the company.

Can you do the cleanout after hours or on a weekend?
Absolutely. Most of the office cleanouts we do happen in the evening or on a Saturday so the building's normal traffic isn't disrupted. Just let us know the freight elevator and dock hours and we'll plan around them.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for the building?
Yes. We're licensed and insured, and we're happy to send a COI naming the property manager or landlord before the job.
Can you take cubicles that are still assembled?
Yes, and we do it all the time. Our crews take cubicle systems apart on site and haul the panels, work surfaces and hardware. It's all part of the estimate.
What happens to the old office furniture?
Anything that can be re-homed rather than landfilled, is. Metal, cardboard and electronics are recycled, and the rest goes to a licensed transfer station.
Do you take computers and monitors?
Yes. Illinois law keeps most electronics out of landfills, so computers, monitors, printers and copiers go to a local electronics recycler who recycles them responsibly. If you need a certificate of destruction for hard drives, our recycler can provide one for an extra charge, so just mention it when you book.
How is an office cleanout priced?
One firm number for the whole job, agreed before we start. For small suites the crew quotes when they arrive; for full floors we walk the space with you first. Freight elevators, long carries and dock windows are all built into that price, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Can you bill the company instead of taking a card on site?
Of course. Commercial accounts are invoiced, we'll send a W-9 on request, and net terms are available for established accounts.
