Businesses call us for three reasons: something has to leave today and there's nobody to carry it; a space has to be empty by a date the landlord picked; or the same kind of junk piles up every month and they'd rather have a standing arrangement than a scramble. We handle all three, with commercial invoicing, insurance paperwork and crews that work around your hours. Since 2004 we've cleared out restaurants that closed, big-box stores that remodeled, warehouses that changed tenants, and thousands of apartment units for property managers. We bring the trucks and the labor; you point.

How Commercial Junk Removal Works

  1. 1

    Tell us what and when

Call (312) 800-1940 or book online. For one-time pickups the crew quotes on arrival; for recurring service or big spaces we'll do a site visit and quote per truckload in writing.

  2. 2

    Paperwork sorted

Certificate of insurance, W-9, vendor forms, invoicing — we do this every week with Chicago property managers and contractors.

  3. 3

    Crew on your schedule

Early morning before opening, evenings, Saturdays. Dock and freight-elevator windows respected.

  4. 4

    Documented and done

Photos before and after, one invoice, and everything recycled or re-homed that can be.

Real Jobs, Real Results

Chicago — The Loop

Closed Restaurant Cleared for the Next Tenant — The Loop, Chicago

A downtown restaurant had closed and the space needed to be cleared: broken kitchen equipment, stainless prep tables, dry goods, paper products, storage racks, and everything left in the dining room. We scheduled an afternoon start and cleared the back of house, kitchen and front in a single visit. Stainless steel and metal racking went to scrap; paper goods and cardboard to recycling; the rest to disposal. Restaurant closures are a landlord's deadline, not a homeowner's weekend. We show up with the trucks to finish in one visit.

Chicago — South Loop

Retail Fixtures, Mannequins and Flooring Removed — South Loop, Chicago

A South Loop retail store needed old display tables, wall fixtures, mannequins and a section of flooring removed in an early-morning window before opening. The crew worked from the loading dock, broke the fixtures down, and cleared the floor inside the window. The store's vendor sign-off sheet was completed on site. Metal fixtures were recycled. We work with national retailers' vendor paperwork and time windows. Early mornings before opening are routine.

Commercial Junk Removal FAQs

Do you offer recurring commercial pickups?

Yes. Property managers, retailers and contractors set up weekly, monthly or on-call service at an agreed rate. No contract required.

Can you handle a job bigger than one truck?

Yes. We run a fleet of 15-cubic-yard trucks and can put several crews on a site the same day. Large clearouts are quoted per truckload in advance.

Do you provide a COI and W-9?

Yes, before the job. Tell us who to name as certificate holder.

What can't you take?

Hazardous materials (chemicals, fuel, asbestos, medical waste), and anything a licensed hazmat contractor has to handle. We'll tell you up front and point you to the right place.

Do you work with contractors on job-site debris?

Every day. See our construction debris removal page — about a third of what we haul is contractor debris.

Can we be invoiced instead of paying on site?

Yes. Commercial accounts are invoiced; net terms available for established accounts.

Free Onsite Estimate, One Firm Price

We don't quote by phone. The crew comes out for free, looks at what's going and how it's getting out — stairs, elevators, heavy material — and gives you one number that covers everything. Say yes and they do the job on the spot. Say no and there's no charge.

  • All labor, lifting & loading
  • Hauling & transport
  • Dismantling in place
  • Full cleanup & sweep-up
  • Disposal & recycling fees

The price is confirmed on site before anything moves — no surprises on the invoice. How our pricing works →
