We bring our own carts, we work quickly inside the access hours, and we take everything that isn't marked to keep.

Many facilities will let us in with your written authorization and the gate code, so you don't have to fly in for it. Metal, wood and cardboard get separated for recycling, appliances and electronics go to a local recycler, and anything that can be re-homed instead of landfilled, is.

Facilities usually want written authorization from the account holder or the executor, plus your ID. Sort that out with the facility first and we'll happily do the rest.
