Full House, Yard and Shed Estate Cleanout — Lemont, IL
Project Summary
This Lemont estate needed everything cleared before the home could be sold: every room in the house, the finished basement, the garage, the yard and a backyard shed. The real estate agent was our contact onsite, so nobody from the family had to be there for the work.
We booked it as a full-day job. The house held a lifetime of belongings, from living room furniture and shelves full of books to a basement dining set, a full kitchen and a garage lined with yard and garden supplies. Usable furniture and metal were set aside and brought back to our warehouse for resale and recycling instead of going to the landfill, and the crew documented each truckload for the estate's records.
