Full-House Estate Cleanout, Three Floors, 13+ Truckloads — Hyde Park, Chicago
Project Summary
The largest estate cleanout we completed this summer: a full Hyde Park house, basement, first floor and second floor. Every room was full, and several were floor to ceiling. A job like this is where our crews really shine.
We scheduled it as a multi-day project, agreed on the price before we started, and ran multiple trucks from the alley. It took 13 to 15 truckloads over several days. Anything that could be re-homed instead of landfilled, was; books, metal and cardboard were separated for recycling.
For a whole-house estate, we agree on the price per truckload before we start, so even a multi-day job holds no surprises at the end. Big house, big job, let's do it!
