Full-House Estate Cleanout, Three Floors, 13+ Truckloads — Hyde Park, Chicago
Project Summary
The largest estate cleanout we completed this summer: a full Hyde Park house — basement, first floor and second floor. Every room was full; several were floor-to-ceiling. We scheduled it as a multi-day project, quoted per truckload in advance, and ran multiple trucks from the alley. It took 13 to 15 truckloads over several days. Usable furniture was re-homed where possible; books, metal and cardboard were separated for recycling. Whole-house estates are priced per truckload, agreed before we start, so a multi-day job holds no surprises at the end.
