Second-Floor Hoarding Cleanout — West Town, Chicago
Project Summary
We were called about a second-floor apartment in West Town where years of papers, mail, packaging and expired food had accumulated. The goal was to make the unit livable and safe again without throwing away anything important. The crew worked room by room, bagging papers and packaging while setting aside anything that looked like documents, photos or valuables for the family to review. The refrigerator and counters were cleared of spoiled food. Everything went down the stairs to the truck. We never share identifying images from hoarding jobs. Our crews understand how hard these situations are and work as discreetly as they can.
