Three-Day Office Cleanout With a Hard Deadline — Fulton Market, Chicago
Project Summary
A company in Fulton Market, just down Fulton from our own office, was moving out and had to be completely out by the end of the day on a Friday in December. The job had grown since our first estimate, and the updated estimate put it at 13 to 16 truckloads: desks, workstations, chairs, filing cabinets, a very long conference table, plus servers and electronics.
We planned it in three stages. Day one was staging, getting everything grouped and ready to move. Days two and three were removal, with the crew dismantling the conference table and workstations and loading truck after truck. The client also requested a certificate of destruction for its servers and related electronics. By the end of the last day, the open office floor was clear.
Big office move-outs come down to planning. Tell us your deadline and we'll build the schedule around it. We got you covered.

How This Job Was Priced
Like every job we do, the crew priced it onsite: one firm number covering the labor, loading, hauling and disposal, agreed before anything moved. No obligation, and no surprises on the invoice. How our pricing works →
