A firm in a Loop office building needed every desk, credenza, chair, filing cabinet and monitor gone from its suite before the lease turned over.

The crew cleared the suite in one visit. Desks were broken down to fit the elevator, and monitors and electronics were set aside for the electronics recycler. The suite was swept and photographed for the tenant's file.

Loop buildings want a COI and a freight elevator reservation. We handle both all the time; just tell us the property manager's name.
