Closed Restaurant Cleared for the Next Tenant — The Loop, Chicago
Project Summary
A downtown restaurant had closed and the space needed to be cleared: broken kitchen equipment, stainless prep tables, dry goods, paper products, storage racks, and everything left in the dining room. We scheduled an afternoon start and cleared the back of house, kitchen and front in a single visit. Stainless steel and metal racking went to scrap; paper goods and cardboard to recycling; the rest to disposal. Restaurant closures are a landlord's deadline, not a homeowner's weekend. We show up with the trucks to finish in one visit.
