Second-Floor Carpet Tear-Out Plus Appliances and Debris — Chatham, Chicago
Project Summary
A property owner turning over a second-floor unit in Chatham needed the carpet pulled from four rooms, plus a stove, a refrigerator, a bathroom sink and toilet, about 25 bags of garbage, and the contents of the cabinets and closets.
One crew, one visit. Carpet and padding came out room by room, the appliances and fixtures were carried down, and the bags went into the truck. The subfloor was swept and ready for the next step.
For landlords, we combine the carpet, the appliances and the trash into one truck and one invoice. We've got you covered.
