Project Summary
A property owner turning over a second-floor unit in Chatham needed the carpet pulled from four rooms, plus a stove, refrigerator, bathroom sink and toilet, about 25 bags of garbage, and the contents of the cabinets and closets. One crew, one visit. Carpet and padding came out room by room, appliances and fixtures were carried down, bags went into the truck. The subfloor was swept. For landlords, we combine the carpet, the appliances and the trash into one truck and one invoice.
