10x12 Wood Shed Demolished and Hauled — Evanston, IL
Project Summary
An Evanston home had a 10x12 plywood shed with a shingled roof sitting on a concrete slab in the back corner of the yard. The slab was staying; the shed was not.
The crew stripped the shingles, took the roof and walls down in panels, and loaded everything up. The slab was swept clean at the end. Since the shed had no floor, there was no framing to dig out, which made it a nice, straightforward morning outdoors.
If your slab is in good shape, we leave it. Most people put a new shed right on the same footprint.
