Interior Storage Unit Cleared, Account Closed Same Day — Mount Prospect, IL
Project Summary
A Mount Prospect customer had an interior storage unit holding shrink-wrapped patio furniture, a couch, folding tables and chairs, shelving, appliances and boxes of books.
The crew brought their own carts, worked the elevator down to the loading area, and cleared the unit. The metal shelving was recycled, and the rest went on one truck. The customer closed the account that afternoon.
Interior units are slower than drive-up units because of the elevator. The crew factors that in before quoting, not after.
