High-Rise Condo Cleared for a Real Estate Team — South Loop, Chicago
Project Summary
A real estate team reached out on behalf of their client with a South Loop high-rise condo that needed to be completely emptied, everything except the balcony furniture, before work could start. They sent photos, we sent a price range the same day, and we were there three days later.
High-rises have rules, and we're used to them. We sent the condo association our certificate of insurance, coordinated with the building's community association manager, staged everything in the late morning and hauled it out during the reserved elevator window. Two truckloads later, the unit was empty and ready for the next step.
Realtors and property managers: send us photos, and we'll send a price and handle the building logistics so you don't have to.

How This Job Was Priced
Like every job we do, the crew priced it onsite: one firm number covering the labor, loading, hauling and disposal, agreed before anything moved. No obligation, and no surprises on the invoice. How our pricing works →
