Project Summary
A Streeterville condo needed clearing: a couch, a living-room chair, a rug, a mattress and frame, a small treadmill and assorted household items. The building required a freight elevator reservation and a COI, both of which we handle every week.
The freight elevator was reserved for a three-hour morning window, and the crew cleared the unit comfortably inside it. Payment ran on the card on file, so the owner didn't need to be present.
