Whole-Building Estate Clearout — North Center, Chicago

Project Summary

We were asked to clear an entire building in North Center for the estate's administrator. Years of belongings filled the front rooms, the dining room and the bedrooms, with paperwork, books and furniture stacked throughout.

Access was by lockbox, so the administrator didn't need to meet us. We set aside the whole day and sent three trucks, and the crew worked room by room until the hardwood floors were showing again in every space. The price was agreed up front with a firm not-to-exceed number, so there were no surprises at the end.
