Project Summary
A Bridgeport landlord needed an apartment cleared after an eviction. The former tenant had left furniture, a bed, clothing and household items throughout the unit.
We confirmed the eviction was complete, sent a crew in a late-afternoon window, and cleared the unit to bare walls: bed and mattress, dresser, couch, clothing and bags. The unit was swept and photographed before and after for the landlord's file. The landlord didn't need to be there.
No photos on this one, by choice. We don't publish images of a former tenant's belongings. The landlord got the full before-and-after set for their records.
