Before: the grand piano in the front room

Project Summary

A Lincoln Square homeowner had a full-size grand piano to get rid of. The market for used grands that aren't concert-grade is thin, and buyers expect them moved for free. The crew removed the lyre and legs, tipped the body onto a piano board, and rolled it out the front door and down the porch stairs. The bench went too. The hardwood floors were protected the whole way and the room was left clean. We'll tell you honestly if a piano is worth trying to re-home first. This one wasn't, and the owner appreciated not wasting a month finding that out.
