Dried or solidified paint can go right in with the junk. Liquid paint, solvents, gasoline and pool chemicals are household hazardous waste, and Chicago's Household Chemicals & Computer Recycling Facility at 1150 N. Of course. Put a sticky note on what stays or pile it in one corner, and we'll take everything else.
You're welcome to be there, and most people are for a basement. If the items are staged outside or in the garage, or the home is vacant with a lockbox, the crew can do the job without you. They'll text you before-and-after photos and take payment by phone or with a card on file.
