High-rises have their own rules, from freight elevator reservations and insurance certificates to padded walls and approved hours, and we deal with them every week, so you don't have to translate for us.

In most high-rises, yes, and the building's management will usually want the reservation in your name. We'll work within whatever window you get.
You're welcome to be there, and most people are. If the items are in the alley or the garage, or the unit is vacant and a doorman, a lockbox or a door code can get the crew in, they can do the job without you. They'll text you before-and-after photos and take payment by phone or with a card on file.

We don't quote by phone, because we'd rather give you a number we can stand behind. The crew comes out for free, looks at what's going and how it's getting out (stairs, elevators, heavy material and all), and gives you one price that covers everything.
