Most of our Chicago work is in apartments and condos: a tenant moving out who can't take the couch, a landlord turning over a unit, a condo owner clearing a parent's place in a Gold Coast high-rise. High-rises have their own rules — freight elevator reservations, insurance certificates, padded walls, approved hours — and we deal with them weekly, so you don't have to translate for us.
Walk-ups are simpler and heavier: everything comes down the stairs and out the back to the alley. The crew looks at the unit and the route out, quotes one firm price for the whole job, and gets to work.

How Apartment & Condo Cleanouts Works
-
1
Book the unit
Call (312) 800-1940 or book online with the floor, the building type, and whether there's a freight elevator.
-
2
Building paperwork
If your building needs a COI or an elevator reservation, tell us and we'll get it in place before the crew arrives.
-
3
