A Lakeview condo needed to be completely cleared, every closet, the kitchen, a bedroom filled to the walls, with an on-site contact meeting the crew and payment on a card on file. The building's elevator was reserved for a three-hour morning window.
The crew bagged, boxed and carried for the full window, bringing everything down to the truck at the curb. The unit was swept and photographed empty.
