Project Summary

A Lakeview condo unit needed to be completely cleared — every closet, the kitchen, a bedroom filled to the walls — with an on-site contact meeting the crew and payment on a card on file. The building's elevator was reserved for a three-hour morning window. The crew bagged, boxed and carried for the full window, bringing everything down to the truck at the curb. The unit was swept and photographed empty. If you can't be there, appoint someone with a key and leave a card on file. We'll send the empty-room photos when we're done.
