Is same-day service more expensive?
No. The crew's onsite estimate is the same whether you book today or next week.
What days do crews run?
Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 8 to 5. We answer calls and texts seven days a week, so a Sunday call gets you the first slot Monday.
What if I'm not home?
If the items are accessible — alley, garage, porch, or a doorman or manager can let us in — the crew texts you the price, does the job, sends photos and takes payment by phone.
Can you handle a big job same-day, like a whole apartment?
Often, yes — it depends on the trucks in the area. Call first thing in the morning and we'll tell you what's realistic.
